Licenses

Our support hours

We offer different support licenses to fit your working hours. Each license includes support within set times (CET/CEST). Choose Daylight for standard coverage, or extend with Sunset or Sunrise for evening, weekend, or late-night support.

Daylight: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 (CET/CEST); included in all standard licenses.
Sunset: Mon–Sun 08:00–22:30 (CET/CEST); requires a Jourlicense Sunset.
Sunrise: Mon–Sun 08:00–03:00 (CET/CEST); requires a Jourlicense Sunrise.

Frequently asked questions

: If you reach out outside your support hours, your request will be registered and handled once your support hours begin again.
Operationally critical issues are handled immediately.
For extended availability, you can upgrade your plan or add extra support hours.
: Check with your manager or the person in your organisation who bought the licence. If you can’t find that information, email Baemingo or call +46 10 204 02 04. The team will confirm your licence level.
: Open a chat in the Baemingo app or email. Support will prioritise your request the next available licence window. For critical issues during jour hours, call and explain it’s operationally critical. Non-critical calls made during jour hours may be billed.
: Standard (Daylight) covers regular business hours. Jour licences (Sunset, Sunrise) add extended hours for operationally critical issues. Jour hours are for critical incidents only.
